Daniel Stewart

Now a coach for the United States Endurance Team and the Paralympic Dressage Squad, Daniel Stewart has competed and instructed riders for over twenty years and all over the world. He earned his degree in Sport Science, specializing in Sport Physiology, from the University of Calgary in 1985. He then spent several years at the renowned Sports Training Institute in New York City where he was responsible for designing unmounted rider-specific exercises and rehabilitating the Institute’s equestrian clients.

Daniel’s new book, Ride Right with Daniel Stewart, provides an unmounted workout program to help riders improve their physical and mental fitness. Daniel shows that by becoming better balanced on the ground, you will find yourself better balanced on horseback.
