In this DVD you will discover that it is amazingly simple to improve your riding skills. Athletic trainer Eckart Meyners has developed an exercise program around the area where most riders experience difficulty — they are tense and transfer this negative tension to their horse. Meyner's program is designed to help the rider achieve better coordination and a more relaxed seat, and you find his exercises have an amazing impact in removing rider (and therefore, horse) tension, blockages, rigidity, and muscular imbalance.
This DVD includes solutions for typical riding problems as well as suggestions for warm-up routines for riders.
