Sponsorship Guidelines
We will consider sponsorship of events held in the United States covering all riding disciplines and breeds. Our donations may be used for awards or fundraising for your event.
We have 4 levels of sponsorship based on the size of the events email list.
Size of Email List & Donation from Trafalgar Square Books:
- 50-100 names – $20.00 worth of gift certificates to www.horseandriderbooks.com
- 101-200 names – $50.00 worth of gift certificates to www.horseandriderbooks.com
- 201- 450 names – $75.00 worth of gift certificates to www.horseandriderbooks.com
- 451- 1000 names – $100.00 worth of gift certificates to www.horseandriderbooks.com
Please contact us if your email list is greater that 1000+ names.
In addition to email list names, we request catalog or bookmark distribution and mention of our sponsorship, including our company name and website, in any program or handout at the event.
Where appropriate we may also request placement of a banner in a prominent position during the event.
Email lists must be received and validated before donations are shipped.
Mailing list must be current (no older than 12 months)
Application must be received 8 weeks in advance of the event to ensure timely arrival of donated item.
No cash donations will be given.
We reserve the right to validate the list and to alter the program at any time.
